Meet Coach Karol
Hey there! I’m Karol — coach, movement specialist, and your personal hype woman on this journey to strength and confidence.
As a former athlete, I was introduced to sports rehabilitation and strength training early on, sparking my lifelong passion for health and fitness. That passion led me to earn a B.S. in Kinesiology from CSUF, with an emphasis in Clinical Exercise, originally planning to become a physical therapist. I spent seven years in the healthcare industry, working as a physical therapy aide and later a chiropractic office manager, where I deepened my understanding of the human body, movement mechanics, and holistic wellness.
But something was missing. I realized my true passion wasn’t just in treatment — it was in empowering others to take control of their health before they ever reached a doctor’s office. So, during the pandemic, I took a leap, earned my personal training certification, and haven’t looked back since. Now, I get to help people move better, feel stronger, and create sustainable habits that transform their lives.

When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me at the beach, playing volleyball, hanging with my fur babies, or traveling to explore new places. I’m also a sucker for live music, craft beer, and a solid power nap!
